Cooking Classes



These classes are for you, if

You now have the unique opportunity of having personalized classes taught in your home by a professional chef with a Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition. I have been a vegetarian for over 40 years and practice delicious whole foods cooking for good health and fun.

I was a professional chef for five years and taught cooking classes at Portland Community College and was a volunteer chef instructor for the Oregon Food Bank’s Nutritional Education program.

I now live and teach in Richland County Ohio

Relax and let me cook for you.

These classes will meet your health and taste preferences. Each class will include a basic introduction to whole plant-based foods that include dairy and/or eggs. Classes also include suggestions on how to substitute and modify recipes.

Classes consist of demonstration, preparation, and clean-up while you, and your friends or family, enjoy the food.

My preparation and cooking demonstrations will give you an idea of how your own kitchen can work for you. You will see that you don’t need fancy equipment to prepare delicious wholesome meals.

You and your guests will each get a recipe packet of all the demonstrated recipes with thorough instructions and suggestions for substitutions.

Class Details

Each class is personalized so you can learn something you want to learn.

The number of students is limited to the size of your kitchen, with a minimum of 3.

Often class participants hire me for a birthday party or other celebration. Guests enjoy wine while they watch me prepare their food. I once prepared an anniversary dinner for a couple who went out to see a movie. When they came home I’d left a healthy meal of their choosing, including a chocolate torte.
